Prior to purchasing the business, Susan had worked for the previous owners and had grown to love the loyal customer base that the store has. With a great desire to set down roots in the Chain O’ Lakes area , Susan and David put in an offer to purchase Country Greetings. The rest is water under the bridge.

The Bernds during 2004 remodeled it into one of the largest gift shops in the area. Susan and David want customers to have a good time and enjoy themselves. Often people stay for hours trying to see it all. Experience Christmas throughout the year. Enjoy the many eye catching displays, such as ladders and trees hanging from the ceilings and cupboards filled with delights.

New for 2007 Country Greetings has become a "Life is Good" "Shop in a Store", now supporting one of the largest selections of "Life is Good" apparel in the State of Wisconsin! If you like antiques, this is the place for a wide variety of items, including furniture. There is so much to offer, from prints and greeting cards to old fashioned candy and gourmet foods. From April through September, rent bikes and mopeds here.

Country Greeting Gift Gallery is open daily (year round)  from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and located five miles south of Waupaca in King on QQ (Just 1 mile south of the famous Clear Water Harbor and its Sternwheel Cruises).
